Business Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Elicit, analyze, document, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, customers or end users. Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project scope and vision. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance and may review or guide activities of more junior employees. Focus on solutions identification, risk analysis, and collaboration with IT teams. Work on providing highly innovative solution identification of complex problems.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience working with operations and management

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst

• Experience working with Alfresco, Docman, or Arkcase

• Experience translating customer vision into user stories

• Experience working in a highly collaborative environment, proactively across teams and with program stakeholders

• Experience with presenting solutions to senior leaders

• Experience with Agile methodology

• Experience with user experience concepts

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with analyzing and verifying requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards

• Experience with FDA operational systems

• Ability to manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle

• Ability to communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood
