About UsK-Designers is one of the nation’s leading home remodeling companies, known for quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee branch installation operations, manage installer crews, and ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards.

 

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily installation operations to meet branch revenue goals

• Recruit, hire, and train qualified installers

• Monitor job quality with regular inspections and enforce standards

• Oversee inventory control and order materials as needed

• Ensure compliance with permits, codes, and inspections

• Communicate with homeowners throughout the project progress

• Negotiate labor costs and review labor invoices for accuracy

• Supervise and train production staff

• Resolve service requests quickly and cost-effectively

• Other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in construction, remodeling, or production management

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Knowledge of building codes, permits, and inspections

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
