Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team in Chantilly, VA. This role requires a dynamic financial leader who can develop and execute growth strategies, manage M&A initiatives, and ensure financial stability while driving alignment with corporate goals.

What You’ll Do:
As CFO at REDLattice, you will:

  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with REDLattice’s business goals, ensuring long-term growth and profitability.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Lead M&A initiatives, including identifying opportunities, conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and integrating acquisitions.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to drive data-informed decision-making and resource optimization.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the organization’s assets and reputation.
  • Capital Allocation: Optimize the allocation of capital to maximize returns and support strategic priorities.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate policies, and ethical standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial performance, strategies, and risks to the executive team, board of directors, and external stakeholders.
  • Operational Efficiency: Streamline financial operations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in a high-growth environment.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

Key Projects You Will Lead:

  • Growth Strategy Execution: Develop and implement a financial roadmap to support REDLattice’s rapid growth and expansion into new markets.
  • M&A Activities: Drive the end-to-end process of mergers and acquisitions, ensuring successful integration and value realization.
  • Financial Technology Implementation: Implement modern financial systems and tools to enhance reporting, analytics, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency to improve profitability and sustainability.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with business leaders to identify and execute strategic partnerships and joint ventures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred.
  • Professional Certifications: CPA, CFA, or other relevant financial certifications are highly desirable.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of at least 10 years in financial leadership roles, with 5+ years as a CFO or equivalent position in high-growth organizations.
  • M&A Expertise: Extensive experience leading mergers and acquisitions, including deal structuring, negotiation, and integration.
  • Financial Acumen: Deep knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting in complex and dynamic business environments.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Strong understanding of financial regulations, GAAP, and corporate governance standards.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information
