MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Field Office Technician to join our CASTLE-NET Program team. This is a remote position.
Be a part of an agile team to provide the U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) OCIO/G-6 with agile, innovative, customer focused, and cost-effective integrated enterprise IT support services in support of the USACE vision of engineering solutions for the Nation’s toughest challenges.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing on-site technical support and assistance by deploying to CASTLE-NET program field offices for IT infrastructure and end-user device wellness checks.
Conducting network performance evaluations, checking conference room equipment, and supporting end-user devices while ensuring compliance with USACE IT policies.
Planning and leading major technology assignments while evaluating performance results to recommend changes affecting project success.
Assisting with IT equipment disposal training and supporting onsite personnel with IT issue ticketing and documentation.
Functioning as a technical expert across multiple project assignments to deliver world-class IT services and responsive customer support.
Delivering vital solutions that strengthen the IT foundation with secure, innovative, and modernized technological solutions.
Working with all stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning systems that meet all mission requirements while supervising others as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; or an Associate degree with 10+ years of experience; or 12+ years of total relevant experience.
Possess 8+ years of experience in IT and/or field/user support roles with progressively responsible experience.
Comprehensive technical knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Proficiency in remote support tools and ticketing systems with a willingness to travel extensively for field missions.
Possession of relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator.
