The Role

In this role, you will be providing technical direction in the creation, delivery, and integration of multiple software solutions, some of which are moderately complex. This involves translating business requirements into specific designs and actively participating in the design, evaluation, and selection of IT solutions tailored to specific business processes. Your expertise will be indispensable in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of these solutions. Moreover, as part of your responsibilities, you will be tasked with establishing both current and future practices, metrics, and methodologies to determine the most suitable solutions. This includes exploring and evaluating emerging and established technologies, and consulting on their application to develop innovative solutions that drive our success. Notably, implementing BRIM solutions in Azure, whether in a private or public cloud managed by NS2, is considered an industry best practice. Your insights into these technologies will help us stay at the forefront of industry advancements. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the process of creating and delivering designs and solutions aligns with our architectural direction. This alignment is essential for maintaining consistency and achieving our long-term objectives. This is a remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.

The Main Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM), specializing in Convergent Invoicing (CI), Convergent Mediation (CM), and FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable).
• Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of BRIM solutions in RISE with SAP and SAP NS2-hosted environments, ensuring compliance with federal security and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BRIM components with SD, CRM, FI/CO, and external billing systems.
• Develop and optimize end-to-end BITs data processing, billing, invoicing, and FICA document management processes aligned with business needs.
• Provide guidance on data mediation, migration, conversion, and cutover strategies for BRIM components including CI, Convergent Mediation, and FI-CA.
• Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and monitoring of BRIM solutions in cloud-hosted environments (RISE and NS2).
• Conduct functional and technical workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system designs.
• Develop documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge transfer materials for ongoing support teams.
• Work closely with Basis, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to FedRAMP, ITAR, and other NS2-specific controls.
• Provide Level 3 support and root cause analysis for critical BRIM-related incidents and performance issues.
• Stay current on SAP BRIM roadmap, best practices, and new features within RISE and NS2 offerings.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leadership, helping to shape the SAP BRIM strategy, governance, and optimization roadmap.

What We Look For in a Candidate

• 10+ years of experience with Bachelor's Degree 
• 8+ years of experience with Master's Degree
• 5+ years of experience with SAP BRIM 
• 5+ years of experience in solutioning with hyper scalers (Azure, GCP or AWS)
