Tech Lead (m/w/d) – AI & Data Solutions

You take over the technical management of our AI & Data development and ensure that requirements become robust products. You translate customer needs into clear roadmaps, empower the team and are responsible for reliable, high-quality delivery.

Your work will focus on the following tasks:

• End-to-end ownership of AI and data solutions from requirements, architecture, MVP to rollout
• Sparring with customers: Recording, sharpening and prioritizing requirements
• Effort estimates, feasibility analyses and resource planning
• Technical lead in the team: Leading reviews, mentoring ML and data engineers, introducing and ensuring engineering standards and quality assurance
• Architecture decisions for scalable services & APIs
• Setting up and optimizing MLOps & CI/CD
• Close cooperation with Product Owner, Head of Operations and CEO

• 5+ years of professional experience in software or data engineering
• Excellent knowledge of Python, ML frameworks (Pytorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn) and API development
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD and software architecture
• Experience in technical project management, Mentoring mindset and hands-on mentality
• Structured, calm way of working and high quality standards
• Experience with LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, RAG)
• Know-how in microservices or SaaS architectures
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken German and English
