What You Will Be Doing:

Crafting digital interfaces that are not just innovative and elegant, but also highly usable across multiple platforms. Utilize your expertise in Figma to bring design ideas to life through sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and more. Collaborate closely with product owners, partners, and engineers from ideation to delivery, ensuring a refined product that aligns with both user needs and business objectives. Your role extends to creating robust design systems, conducting user testing, and engaging in design research to continually enhance the product's evolution.

Must-Have/What You Bring:

Bring 2-4 years of solid user experience design experience, showcasing your keen eye for typography and motion design. You thrive on crafting design systems and possess exceptional communication skills to convey your ideas effectively to diverse stakeholders. As a detail-oriented self-starter, you find joy in perfecting every pixel while fostering collaboration within your team. Your passion for designing in the care and health sectors adds an invaluable dimension to your work.

Operating in an entrepreneurial environment comes naturally to you, and your basic understanding of front-end engineering enhances your ability to collaborate seamlessly with developers. While a bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous, your results-driven and highly collaborative nature is what truly sets you apart.
