We're seeking a sharp, proactive HR and Talent Analyst to drive people-centric insights across HR. this role will own data analysis that powers talent reviews, workforce planning, compensation decisions, and more. This is an ideal role for someone excited to shape how we use people data to make better decisions. Responsibilities:· Conduct analysis on employee reviews, budgets, expenses, and headcount plans· Build, refine, and automate HR dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., KPIs, diversity stats)· Partner closely with HR to synthesize data into business insights· Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements· Support ad hoc analysis for leadership decision-making· Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee data Requirements:· 1-2 years’ experience in data analysis, ideally with exposure to HR or people analytics· Strong Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with SQL or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker)· Excellent communication skills in English — written and verbal· Able to work autonomously and manage ambiguity· Proven experience working with confidential or sensitive data
