Manager, Supply Chain

OUR POSITION IN A NUTSHELL  

The Manager, Supply Chain is the relationship manager for the US destination services consultants including all supplier relations and performance management.

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH 

(40%) Network Management

• Actively manage consultant coverage, availability, work distribution, performance, and new consultant support across the assigned region.
• Proactively engage with operations and account management teams to understand team and client needs. Make consultant coverage and utilization changes to align with business needs and goals.
• Partner with the Supply Chain Recruitment team to assess the status of open recruitment tickets and candidate readiness. Proactively open recruitment tickets to maintain consultant coverage across the assigned region.
• Manage consultant records/profiles in the company database, including contact information, coverage, availability, and performance indicators
• Maintain regular communication with consultants to strengthen relationships within the network. Manage day-to-day questions from consultants on work and contract matters.
• Provide general support and guidance to regional consultants on company policy, industry procedures, and technology usage
• Reinforce consultant compliance requirements and ensure adherence
• Serve as the regional subject matter expert, supporting internal stakeholders with coverage inquiries, market insights, regional best practices, and mock tour coordination
• Review regional cancellation and defect data monthly to identify coaching opportunities or initiate recruitment efforts
• Liaise with operations teams to support new account implementations
• Coordinate and host quarterly travel sessions with key consultant teams
• Investigate and troubleshoot consultant payment inquiries to ensure timely resolution

(40%) Performance Management & Supplier Development

• Provide suppliers with information on services and technology use
• Coordinate mentoring program for newly onboarded consultants
• Provide additional support to newly contracted consultants
• Partner with operations on file escalations related to consultant performance/partnership
• Provide one-on-one coaching/guidance to suppliers as necessary
• Support ongoing regional consultant development/recognition
• Support/troubleshoot consultant use of Dwellworks technologies
• Review consultant scorecard metrics and create action plans based on quality scores
• Deliver presentations on video calls and in person meetings
• Designing and developing curriculum. Creating comprehensive presentation materials from concept through to final delivery

(20%) Ad Hoc

• Partner with IT, marketing, accounting, accounting, account management and operations as the regional supply chain subject matter expert to support client requests, technology needs, process/service improvements, etc.
• Partner with other Manager, Supply Chain to share best practices and learnings
• Participate in special projects related to enhancing Global Supply Chain network management, systems and Operational process improvements
• Other projects as assigned.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Your Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Your Experience (Preferred)

• 1-2 years in a customer facing role
• Comfortable with public speaking and doing presentations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Relocation or Destination Services industry experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, specifically the ability to communicate effectively in a constructive and professional manner
• Attention to detail and strong organization skills
• Team player, customer-driven and able to work in a dynamic work environment
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Human Resources or network management experience
• US based travel is required for this position
