Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.

THE JOB:

A Retail Sales Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operations of a retail store. Their primary responsibilities revolve around providing our Guest with exceptional guest services. Maintaining a consistent brand standard and a comfortable shopping experience.

SCHEDULE: Varied Shifts, to include weekends and holidays

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Engage all guest in a friendly manner using our SHOW Service Basics program to deliver WOW Moments.
• Assist Guest with their needs and drive sales
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping.
• Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
• Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 6 months of Retail experience
• Able to operate a Retail POS System
• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
• Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Takes pride in their work and is self- motivated.
• Enjoys working with a team to promote a collaborative environment.
