Senior Electrical Engineer

Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for an onsite position in Roanoke, VA. Prior Substation Engineering experience required.

• Function as a Lead SME on multiple topics.
• Work with other Station Engineering SMEs to support the regional teams.
• Work with Station Engineering Production team on quality reviews.
• Support the development of training for the Station Engineering Role.
• Support Station Engineering for special projects as needed.
• Mentor and train personnel as requested.
• Knowledge of NESC (National Electrical Safety Code) Code and current industry standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Has typically acquired 6 or more years of related engineering experience along with a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering in a program accredited by ABET
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in any U.S. state or Puerto Rico is encouraged and preferred.*
• Acceptable alternatives are (1) a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (non-ABET), plus a Professional Engineers (PE) license in any state of the U.S. or (2) a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (non-ABET) plus a Master’s degree in engineering from a university with an ABET accredited Bachelor’s program.
• Prior Substation Engineering experience required.
