B2B Associate Attorney - willing to relocate to DR.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented B2B associate attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing legal guidance and support to our business clients in various B2B transactions and will ensure legal compliance, negotiate contracts, and provide strategic advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on contracts, and negotiations.
• settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings.
• Conduct legal research.
• Analyze legal documents, contracts, and agreements to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advises on solutions.
• Communicate with associates, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently.
• Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure the information is up to date.
• Negotiate cases to meet the needs of the company.
• Stay up to date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices to provide accurate and timely legal advice.
• Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
• Assist in dispute resolution and litigation matters if necessary.

Requirements

• Completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school.
• Successful completion of the bar exam.
• Members of good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills required to work with clients and staff members.
• Prior experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Spanish preferred.

Willing to relocate to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
