Job Description

Your responsibilities

• Coordination of the mobility program of your clients, amongst which is the coordination of the Dutch income tax return filing 
• Act as a first point of contact for employees, explaining Dutch taxation rules and processes 
• Correspondence with employers and the Dutch tax authorities
• Ensuring alignment with the Dutch and international Vialto Partners network
• Coach and support more junior colleagues on the accounts you are working for 
• Act as key figure and know-it-all for the clients you serve

Qualifications

• completed HBO studies (fiscal law, fiscal economics, business economics or management economics and law). 
• have good knowledge of income tax, double taxation agreements and payroll tax. 
• have 2 - 4 years experience in an international work environment and financial and/or HR related matters.
• are good and have fun with numbers, have strong analytical skills and are accurate.
• enjoy working in a team but are also comfortable working independently.
• have great communication skills and are fluent in English skills in speaking and writing (Dutch skills are a pre but not required).
