HR & Wardrobe Assistant

Assist the HR Team with various projects and incentives. Coordinate the distribution of wardrobe items to Story Land & Living Shores Team. Responsible for laundering and storing of uniforms, bedding and character costumes

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the HR Team with the coordination of Nostalgia Night Team Incentive.
• Assist the HR Team with various projects and team engagement.
• Assist the HR Team with team member questions and distribution of pay checks.
• Filing and record organization.
• Responsible for coordinating all functions of wardrobe, to include but not limited to; distribution of uniforms, laundering and storing.
• Wash dry and put away all clothes team members use daily.
• Maintain a record of clothing signed out to team embers for the season.
• Maintain a record of locks issued throughout the season.
• Maintain locker rooms and clean the Wardrobe area daily

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Excellent Organization Skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Workday.
• Able to keep information confidential.
