Job Description
The Client Success Optimization resource will collaborate with internal teams to consult on Clients using eCare NEXT Patient Access Solutions configurations in order to ensure client satisfaction, review utilization, solution, consult on governance calls with client leadership in an at risk status to rebuild relationships, and construct strategy sessions with Sales/RMs for client relationship and retention.
Job Duties:
- Develop expertise in the eCare NEXT Patient Access suite
- Understand client needs and objectives and work closely with the Experian team to craft a viable and winning solution and approach. This requires fostering and developing strong relationships within the client.
- Develop project plans, document client requirements, assign task responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of projects. Prepare reports and ROI’s for leadership regarding status of projects. Implement projects in accord with contracted scope and budget.
- Effectively communicating with internal development and technical support staff to resolve issues; bridging the gap between non-technical user perspective and technical IT perspective.
- Evaluate Patient Estimate engagement post-optimization and recommend and establish KPIs through analytic recommendations of solution.
- Resource will exceed client expectations through superior client relationship management skills, extensive product and process knowledge and successful navigation through complex implementation, regulatory and multi-stakeholder requirements.
- Resource will use their expertise and experience to help our client improve their revenue cycle processes and optimize the use of our solutions in client revenue cycle operations. Specifically, candidate will thoroughly assess’ client operations, systems and financial performance and make recommendations to optimize the product value by leveraging analytics

Qualifications
- Epic Front End Revenue Cycle Patient Access tools and optimal workflow within their domain.
- Strong communication skills – active listening, establishing rapport and overcoming objection
- Holistic, big-picture perspective with strong ability to diagnose and solve problems
- Team player, able to collaborate effectively across groups and learn from others - specifically sales, marketing, product, support and implementation
- Strong ability to multi-task in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment
- Flexible in working with changing needs of organizations
- High degree of polish and professionalism appropriate for meeting with clients
- Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal direction
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in revenue cycle with emphasis on Patient Estimates and Collections within the healthcare industry primary focus on Epic solutions
- Provider based background recommended
- Healthcare Project Management or Consulting experience
- Excellent skills in Microsoft office and Salesforce.com or a similar CRM
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- HFMA CRCR preferred
- Up to 25% travel, as needed
