Retail Associate

Overview

As a Retail Sales Associate at Nine Line Apparel, you will be required to assist customers on the sales floor for your home base retail location during your assigned shifts. You are expected to deliver outstanding customer service and strive to get the customer what they are looking for. You will engage with the customer from the time they enter the store, to the time they leave. Should your home base retail location provide a full service Black Rifle Coffee Shop, you will be occasionally helping customers or baristas within Black Rifle. Sales Associates at Nine Line Apparel will provide advice, recommend products, display product knowledge, and help customers at all times. Retail Sales Associates will follow Standard Operation Procedures and the Employee Handbook, set forth by Nine Line Apparel, and will also follow the Retail Operations Procedures & Practices Handbook, set forth by Retail Operations for Nine Line Apparel.

Essential Functions

• Engage with each customer as soon as they enter the door
• Meet Dollar Per Transaction (DPT) of $75.00
• Provide product knowledge on inventory to customers
• Receive inventory into POS System
• Process POS Purchases
• Work professionally with co-workers
• Build relationships with our returning customers
• Ensure all work area is constantly clean and tidy

Work Environment

Nine Line Apparel Retail Operations is a professional and customer-inviting atmosphere; this position requires diverse flexibility and outstanding customer service deliverance, both with internal and external associates, customers and guests.

Physical Demands

• Consistent standing for long periods of time
• Consistent moving, delivering, processing and assembling large items, including, but not limited to, boxes, merchandise, displays, furniture, machines, etc.
• Bending, stretching, twisting, reaching up/out

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Retail Associates at Nine Line Apparel are both full-time and part-time members, contingent on what is determined at time of hire. As with all other Retail Operations in the industry, Retail Associates are required to be available during any day of the week, including weekends, all company and calendar holidays, and during any hours of a 24-h
