Job Summary:  

Acrisure is seeking a Sr. Equity Analyst, Equity Administration to join our growing team in either our Grand Rapids, MI or New York, NY office. This is an exciting opportunity in Acrisure’s Legal department to join our growing Equity Team and immediately make an impact on the overall success of the company. Responsibilities include directly supporting the equity issuance process, compliance, and shareholder relations. This position works in partnership with Legal, HR, Tax, Finance, Accounting, and Acrisure’s shareholders. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Administer and maintain accurate records of all equity transactions in the company’s equity management platform 

  • Process equity grants, exercises, releases, cancellations, and transfers in accordance with company policies and plan documents 

  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes, including equity reporting, reconciliations, and audit support 

  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of vesting schedules, grant approvals, and employee communications 

  • Prepare and audit reports for internal and external stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, Payroll, Tax, and auditors 

  • Provide equity-related support to employees, including onboarding education, ongoing communications, and individual questions 

  • Monitor compliance with global securities laws, tax rules, and internal equity plan policies 

  • Assist with equity events such as liquidity programs and other ad hoc projects 

Requirements:

  • Advanced expertise in equity management systems (e.g., Shareworks, Carta, Equity Edge Online, E*TRADE) 

  • Working knowledge of equity compensation (ISOs, NSOs, RSAs, RSUs, ESPP) and related tax implications 

  • Understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles is a plus 

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills 

  • Excellent Excel skills; experience with data reconciliation and reporting 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working across departments and with international teams 

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • Build and maintain trust and work with confidential data and projects with discretion and professionalism 

  • Positive attitude, desire to learn, self-motivated and effective team player
