You will be part of </span> <span>Enterprise Informatics RI S&amp;SD Implementation Central Europe.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Your role:</b></p><p>Lead and oversee large-scale projects (&gt;$1M EUR), coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver Radiology Informatics (RI) solutions on time, within scope, and on budget. You’ll ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction by:</p><ul><li><p>Defining and managing project goals, scope, timeline, budget, quality, resources, and risks.</p></li><li><p>Balancing risk, escalating issues, and providing progress and escalation reports.</p></li><li><p>Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders up to senior management.</p></li><li><p>Leading and empowering project teams to follow standardized delivery processes.</p></li><li><p>Managing external subcontractors and complex contracts to ensure efficient delivery.</p></li><li><p>Optimizing cost performance through KPIs and resource management.</p></li><li><p>Tracking budgets, change requests, and supporting revenue forecasting.</p></li><li><p>Proactively proposing and implementing process improvements for consistent delivery excellence.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>You're the right fit if:</b></p><ul><li><p>5+ years in project management, preferably within Healthcare industry.</p></li><li><p>Degree in software/business engineering or related field.</p></li><li><p>PMI PMP certification or equivalent.</p></li><li><p>Proven expertise in software professional services and cross-market project management.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of project management, cost estimation, and resource planning.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Health &amp; Safety standards.</p></li><li><p>Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Willing to travel up to 50%.</p></li><li><p><span>Results oriented: take personal accountability to deliver results.</span><span><span>     </span></span></p></li><li><p><span>Quality first mindset.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p>​<b>About Philips</b></p><p>We are a health technology company.
