Information Operations and Future Operations Planner, Senior

Key Role:

Serve as a planner of military operations, operations in the information environment, and theater plans at a geographic command level organization. Coordinate and integrate planned operations with targeting in conjunction with Joint Staff, components, and Interagency. Articulate subject matter expert advice for information as a joint function during mission analysis. Produce quality input on strategic and operational plans, contingency plans, operations orders, execution orders, fragmentary orders, staff estimates, concepts of support, and strategic operational analysis reports. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise with a focus on doctrine, conduct research and analysis, and prepare information papers, decision papers, and briefings to inform client leadership. Work without considerable direction and mentor or supervise team members, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with DoD organizations at the Combatant Command level
• Knowledge of operating in a multinational environment and working directly at a strategic-level staff with foreign partners and Allied militaries
• Knowledge of joint planning publications, authorities, and permissions
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with Joint Staff organizational decision-making processes
• Experience with international treaty organizational decision-making processes
• Knowledge of joint planning publications, authorities, and permissions for MISO, OPSEC, JEMSO, CYBER, or Deception
• Master's degree
• Project Management (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma Certification

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
