We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Audiovisual Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the audiovisual industry with a proven track record of success in live event support, Zoom workspace management, Zoom phone systems, project management, and integration of conferencing equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring flawless execution of audiovisual projects and delivering outstanding service to our clients.

You will:

• Provide technical support for live events, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting of audiovisual equipment. Ensure seamless delivery of presentations, video conferencing, and other multimedia elements.

• Oversee the configuration and management of Zoom workspaces, ensuring all team members are equipped with the appropriate tools and resources for effective collaboration. Including all functions; Zoom phone, Whiteboarding, recordings, Zoom meeting and Webinars.

• Manage Zoom phone systems, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to support a productive work environment.

• Lead and coordinate audiovisual projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, and quality standards are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with audiovisual manager and the business.

• Design and implement integrated audiovisual systems, including video conferencing solutions, sound systems, and display technologies, tailored to meet specific client needs.

• Provide training and ongoing support to staff and clients on the use of audiovisual equipment and software, ensuring optimal utilization and user satisfaction.

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

You Bring:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the audiovisual field, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
• Strong expertise in live event support, including setup and operation of audiovisual equipment.
• Basic TCPIP networking for AV over IP solutions
• Understanding of content management systems and digital signage.
• Proficient in Zoom workspace and Zoom phone management.
• Experience in project management, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of integrating various conferencing equipment and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CTS, CTS-D) are a plus.
