About the Role
As a Senior Principal Product Manager, you will drive the development of key Multicloud services and features that help enterprises adopt, integrate, and optimize OCI in hybrid and Multicloud environments. You will work closely with senior executives, architects, engineering teams, and external cloud partners to define strategy, own execution, and deliver measurable results.
This role is highly visible and requires a strong executive presence, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for OCI’s Multicloud services, with a strong focus on Oracle Database@AWS and other key integrations.
- Work directly with engineering and design teams to deliver innovative features that enhance Multicloud adoption, security, and management.
- Engage with customers, partners, and field teams to understand market needs, define requirements, and ensure successful product adoption.
- Collaborate with AWS teams and other cloud providers to optimize interoperability between OCI and third-party cloud platforms.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and support teams to drive go-to-market strategies and customer enablement.
- Provide thought leadership and influence OCI’s broader Multicloud strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles in cloud computing, infrastructure, or enterprise software.
- Strong knowledge of AWS and Oracle Databases is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of driving complex projects from strategy to execution in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to engage with C-level executives, engineers, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience working in a Multicloud or hybrid cloud environment is a plus.

As a member of the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
