As an IT Technical Director on the Engagement Platforms, you will take ownership of projects within the Engagement/CRM Platforms Portfolio for the Wharton School. You will build and support service offerings that align with the higher-level Mission and Strategic Goals of the School and Wharton Computing, leveraging the effective utilization of CRM and related platforms. Collaborating with users across the School, you will ensure that practices and processes are aligned and optimized. You will also dive deeply into complex business processes and technology stacks, identifying and executing sophisticated solutions to address challenges and opportunities for Wharton’s innovative excellence as leading in business research and education.
Responsibilities:
• Support the exploration, development, and establishment of Customer Relationship Management strategies and practices for the Wharton School.
• Contribute to defining performance metrics to ensure the security, reliability, supportability, scalability, and performance of the School’s Engagement Platforms, which currently include Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, B2B Commerce, Pardot, EDA, and other services.
• Ensure the accessibility and inclusivity of the platforms.
• Engage with key vendors, including Salesforce, DocuSign, external consultants, and central IT service providers.
