Salary & Incentives

• Hourly Pay: $32.00 – $42.00 per hour (DOE)

• Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,000 (as much as $26,000 annually in addition to base pay)

Our Santa Rosa clinic is part of Spine & Sport Physical Therapy, a clinician-led outpatient orthopedic organization dedicated to evidence-based care, mentorship, and professional growth. We specialize in manual therapy, functional rehab, pre- and post-operative care, chronic condition management, and return-to-sport programs. Clinicians here enjoy a collaborative, supportive team environment with strong ties to the community.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT

• Progress therapeutic exercise programs as directed

• Apply manual therapy techniques and modalities as appropriate

• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems

• Support a safe, inclusive, and welcoming clinic environment

• Collaborate with a skilled team to ensure excellent patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Current California PTA license (or eligibility)

• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
