Responsibilities

• Develop and refine conversational content relevant to eCommerce and retail, ensuring clarity and relatability across diverse demographics
• Create and evaluate a range of retail-focused prompts, queries, and responses for an AI platform, catering to scenarios spanning from product inquiries to general shopping advice
• Ensure the AI's responses are accurate, relevant, and aligned with current retail trends and customer preferences

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (C1+)
• Great writing skills are essential (copywriting experience / written communication with clients)
