Basic Function

To assist a Home Loan Specialist(s) (HLS) coordinate the pipeline of loan applications, including but not limited to taking applications, maintaining communication with borrowers, referral partners, etc.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Has a strong background in processing 
• Knows agency and product guidelines (underwriting experience is a plus)
• Skilled in managing files from start to finish, across multiple departments
• Effective intermediary between sales and operations
• Knowledgeable and experienced with Encompass
• Able to move and adapt quickly as a member of a high performing team. 

Responsibilities

• Pull Pipeline Report of all files: review items needed/lock expirations/locks needed
• Scrub every file and review from earliest closing date reviewing TBD’s last
• Take applications, structure loans to fit client’s needs, educate client know what is needed and the process, disclose the file, lock if you can
• Send Processor a Hot List of files to work on and what to follow up on
• Send completed appra
