Direct Support Associate

Job Description:

Responsibilities: As a direct support associate in our program, you will participate alongside individuals as they partake in enriching, integrative activities throughout their community. Gain hands-on experience as a caregiver working with adults who represent a diverse range of abilities and needs, supporting them as they achieve greater independence. Your flexible role will adjust from supervision to hand-over-hand assistance as you support each individual during community activities and more. Community activities include walking at parks and trails and seasonal activities!

Qualifications: You must be 18 years of age or older to fill this position. You must have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance for transportation requirements. Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED.

Compensation: $19 hourly

Hours: Full-time

• Wednesday 3pm - 9pm

• Thursday 3pm - 9pm

• Friday 8am - 9pm

• Saturday 8am - 10pm
