Construction Draw & Loan Servicing Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Construction Draw and Loan Servicing Assistant will be responsible for loan related tasks to include but not limited to: loan paperwork and tracking, data entry, & customer relations.  This is an on-site job located in Coeur d Alene, Idaho.

DRAWS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Onboarding/data entry of draw budget into loan servicing platform.
• Order inspections through third party service provider.
• Attach received inspection reports to appropriate loan file.
• Data entry in loan servicing platform for approved draws.
• Follow up communication with borrower for documents needed to support approved draw.
• Conduct draw update phone calls and emails to rehab loan borrowers.
• Review loan documents for complete file. Organize and scan files to attach to loan file in servicing software. Notate, follow-up, and track exceptions.

LOAN SERVICING ASSOCIATE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Experience with The Mortgage Office (TMO) preferred.
• Work with borrower and lenders on servicing requests or issues
• Answer incoming phone calls to the department.
• Process Payments in Merchant Software
• Prepare Payment History and Statement of Accounts
• Tax and insurance tracking management
• Loan onboarding

• Strong organization and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work within timeframes and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and CRM Sales Tracking Systems
