• $10,000 Signing Bonus for Experienced, Truck-Ready Leaders with 3-5+ year of experience
• Our Lead Installers typically earn between $75,000 to over $100,000 per year. Base hourly rate is $18-$25/hr based on experience. + install bonuses. We pay "flat rate" for installs.

• Lead installations with confidence and set the standard in the field
• Coach and develop installers on proper procedures
• Completion of at least 80% of jobs without missing materials
• Proficient in ServiceTitan (preferred) documentation and on-site payment collection
• Execute clean, code-compliant low and high voltage wiring
• Solid understanding of duct sizing and design principles
• Consistent execution of flawless startups and precision system charging
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently
• Install line sets and line hide with professional, showroom-quality results
