Manufacturing Quality Assurance ProfessionalAbout your role:
Join our Output Solutions within Fiserv, delivering high-volume print and document lifecycle services for financial clients. The Quality Assurance team validates document composition, secure print workflows, and production reliability across batch and on-demand channels. In this role you will build testing strategies and automation that ensure accurate, compliant print output and uninterrupted production throughput.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as a dedicated resource for researching and addressing incidents immediately, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents across sites, documenting findings and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Daily monitoring of compliance to controls, including inspector and operator behavior, to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Drive quality outcomes by collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Audit processes and outputs for compliance and quality assurance, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
- Maintain an incident tracking system, ensuring accurate documentation, prioritization, and follow-up on investigations.
- Conduct trend analysis on recurring issues to identify systemic risks and propose long-term solutions.
- Support compliance audits and internal reviews, ensuring alignment with regulatory and company standards.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards summarizing incident metrics, root causes, and corrective actions for leadership review.
- Provide training and guidance to site teams on incident reporting, investigation protocols, and compliance requirements.

Experience you’ll need to have:
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or print environment.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with incident management and root cause analysis (RCA), including corrective and preventive action planning.
- 3+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Hands-on experience check/statement production validation.
- Familiarity coordinating with external print vendors and managing vendor acceptance testing.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and incident tracking tools.
- Proven ability to drive quality outcomes through cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills for trend analysis and reporting on recurring issues.
- Background in auditing processes and outputs for compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or similar).
- Experience with PCI DSS considerations for printed payment materials and secure document destruction processes.
- Certifications such as ISTQB, Six Sigma Green Belt, or ISO 9001 quality systems experience.
How you’ll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- This role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment.
- This role requires flexibility to work overtime as needed, including weekends and holidays.
- This role requires frequent moving and/or carrying of materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Travel:
- Approximately 10% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.
