Somos profesionales en mantenimiento industrial y hacemos que las fábricas funcionen mejor.</span></h4></div><p><strong>Principal Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>· Performs complex assembly to products, circuit boards, cables, and/or starters from work orders, sample assemblies, verbal instruction, or blueprints.</p> <p>· Positions and aligns parts in specified relationship to each other.</p> <p>· Performs assembly for special customer orders.</p> <p>· Assembles and attaches hardware to assemblies.</p> <p>· Mounts assembled components.</p> <p>· Assembles modules and other items as needed for repairs.</p> <p>· Adjusts or trims materials from components to achieve specified characteristics.</p> <p>· Finishes all modules involving packaging, labeling, coating, etc., as necessary.</p> <p>· May perform assembly operations under microscope or other magnifying device.</p> <p>· Assists Level I and II Assemblers with more complicated assemblies.</p> <p>· Connects wires to specified terminals following diagrams, wire lists, and color codes.</p> <p>· Solders and bolts components in specified location on assembly.</p> <p>· Reads blueprints, schematics, and technical orders to determine methods and sequence of assembly operations.</p> <p>· Dismantles equipment and replaces worn or defective parts to repair malfunctioning equipment.</p> <p>· Tests assembled equipment to locate defects, using functional test instruments.</p> <p>· May be required to operate and train entry level employees on powered industrial vehicle operation.</p> <p>· Continually improves processes; quantitatively monitors processes. Completes required quality core classes and uses skills and techniques presented. Uses The Core Values in work environment.
