We are a team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of automotive innovation. We believe that our digital products are at the heart of transforming our customers’ experience, and we're looking for a senior full stack software engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting a suite of applications to support our Assist & Support product owners. You will collaborate closely with other software, data, and application engineers, as well as operations specialists and architects to support our digital transformation.

Together with your team you will

• Ideate, develop, implement, and support solutions that support our business goals
• Be an integral part of all stages of the software development process
• Continuously evaluate process, progress, and team health.
• Support your colleagues' growth, as they support you.
• Develop clean, testable, and scalable systems, using Java, Spring, MongoDB, Cassandra, JavaScript, Typescript, ReactJS, Storybook, Backend for Frontend, GraphQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, Github Actions, and other technologies.

We think you have

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Significant experience developing Spring micro services in Java.
• Significant experience developing with frontend frameworks such as ReactJS, Angular, or Vue.
• Significant experience working in agile teams, working with continuous integration and delivery.
• Strong critical thinking capacity and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
