We’re in the midst of fundraising for our Series A, purchasing more homes with our customers each day, and developing the business to make us more efficient and productive as we scale.
We’re looking to hire a Junior Property Analyst to join our diverse and brilliant Operations team, full of proactive and thorough individuals who all care deeply about helping our customers to buy a home they love. This role is a brilliant first step into property, operations... or both! You'll learn a lot about how the property market functions in the UK, what makes up the value and risks in a home, and how our business model is trying to solve the key problems for potential homeowners.

Requirements

What you’ll work on ✍🏻

TLDR: As a Junior Property Analyst, you will be part of our buying team helping our customers become homeowners. This takes next-level attention to detail and patience, using our specialist tooling to apply an analytical and keen eye to a great amount of info. You'll be helping us to answer questions like: 'should we buy this home?' (it's not always as easy as you think!) and 'what's the risk level of investing in this property?', as well as liaising with property agents, making recommendations to the business and helping us to improve our overall customer experience.

• Building investor packs to get sign-off for our new homeowners
• Processing the documents from our supplier
• Helping to improve our buying process both for the team but also our customers

• You’ve worked to KPIs or targets and thrive on achieving what’s needed
• You’ve managed a busy and varied workload - effective prioritising comes naturally to you
