National Accounts Service Coordinator
The National Accounts Service Cooridnator will serve as the primary liaison between the Branch and CRM team, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations while identifying process improvements to enhance the overall service buisness.
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.) for this employment position.
What You Will Do:
- Operate as the lead point of contact between the Branch and CRM team
- Will work in Astea, D365, SAP and Service Channel
- Work with our field branches to confirm status of work orders and IVR usage
- Communicate with the branch regarding their 3-day workorder outlook
- Review branch billings prior to being released to billing department
- Forecast and track key service metrics
- Run daily reports to track aged work orders and escalate as needed
- Schedule and lead weekly calls with branch service team
- Create and drive process improvements
What You Need to Succeed:
- Proved account management or other relevant experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficient in excel
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
