HRIS Analyst III

The HRIS Analyst III is a senior-level position responsible for leading the strategic development and optimization of the HRIS system. This role drives complex system configurations, data analytics, and serves as a strategic advisor for HR technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of HRIS solutions to align with business needs.
- Manage large-scale HRIS projects, including new module rollouts, upgrades, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain advanced analytics and predictive models to support workforce planning.
