Regional Operations Director

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Operations Director to oversee a group of regional dental specialty practices. This role is essential in driving operational excellence, financial performance, and building key relationships with physicians and stakeholders. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage multi-location dental specialty operations, including financial performance
• Develop relationships with physicians and resolve operational issues
• Prepare and oversee budgets, ensuring efficient office operations
• Implement business development, acquisitions, and organic growth strategies
• Recruit, train, and develop Practice Managers and other employees
• Foster relationships with key referral sources and manage community engagement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing multiple healthcare or dental specialty locations
• 5+ Experience in physician practice management with extensive physician interface
• Strong leadership and people management skills, including staff recruitment and development
• Financial and business development acumen, including budgeting and managing acquisitions
• Master's degree in operations field is strongly preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
