Quakertown, PA | Full Time, Hourly; Monday-Friday 1:00pm-9:00pm and Competition Weekend Hours | $23.00-$27.00

We are looking for a certified Gymnastics Team Head Coach to join our team at the Y! The Gymnastics Team Head Coach is the lead role within the competitive team program. What is needed for this job as our Gymnastics Team Head Coach:
- 3–5+ years of experience coaching optional-level gymnastics (Levels 6–10); experience coaching at regional or national competitions is strongly preferred
- Current USA Gymnastics Professional Member, CPR and First Aid certifications
- Advanced technical expertise in optional-level gymnastics
- Ability to design and implement progressive training plans
- Strong communication with athletes and families
- Availability to attend competitions on weekends during the competitive season
- A willingness and desire to live out the mission of the Y
- This position will require nights and weekend work
The responsibilities we will trust you with as our Gymnastics Team Head Coach:
- Conducting safe and organized gymnastics programs in accordance with the guidelines of River Crossing YMCA, the YMCA of the USA, and USA Gymnastics
- Shaping training strategies, supervising coaches, and preparing gymnasts for high-level competition
- Reporting to the Branch director
- Strong communication with athletes and families
- Strong leadership and mentorship for assistant/junior coaches
- Confident spotting of advanced tumbling and apparatus skills
- Routine composition and performance optimization experience
- Assisting in program coordination and long-term planning
