LEAD FIREFIGHTER (BLS/ HAZMAT TECH)

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1)Performing rescue operations; 2) Assisting in the reduction and elimination of potential fire hazards; 3) Operating a variety of firefighting vehicles, apparatuses, or equipment; and 4) Performing non-invasive emergency and medical procedures. NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for the position. ***This position requires the incumbent to possess the following certifications: Firefighter I/II, HazMat Operations, HazMat Technician, Fire Officer I, Fire Inspector I, and Fire Instructor I. Copy of Certification MUST be submitted with your application. These certifications must have been awarded by DoD, IFSAC or ProBoard to meet the requirement.
