OnsiteJoin our Cabin Monuments and Integration (CMI) team in Everett, WA as the leader of our latest lavatory development program for the Boeing 737 A/C platform. As the Associate Program Director, you will be accountable for a large strategic program involving the successful development and introduction of the next generation lavatory platform for the 737, working with both Boeing and CMI’s multinational team based in the USA/ Philippines. We need a seasoned leader with a passion for driving success on large programs, managing stakeholder relationships, whilst being able to use your extensive program experience to meet our strategic goals. What You Will Do
Drive the entire life cycle of this large strategic program, directing it throughout the program life cycle with full accountability and ownership
Execute the programs financial success through P&L management, identifying opportunities for continued program growth.
Lead a dynamic team, to deliver an advanced lavatory system incorporating the latest innovative features to further shape the future of our industry.
Successfully collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve our planned strategic goals.
Manage a team of program management professionals
and a dedicated IPT located in the USA & PhilippinesSupports the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes, including coordinating preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, operation budgets, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts to ensure legal compliance and to protect the organization’s interests
Identifies and manages program change and recommends solutions, and coordinates responses to customer
Collaborate with the senior leadership team to build on the strategic blueprint for our lavatory business.
Coordinates the negotiation, proposals, business plans, budgets, and contracts for programs
Demonstrates continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality
Work to develop new standards of program management excellence across the lavatory business.
Willing to Travel 10% of the time (domestic and international)

Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in the absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant aerospace experience
Experience managing large scale development aerospace programs, adept in handling cost, quality, and schedule while leading cross-functional teams.
Customer-facing experience as a project/program manager
Change management and negotiation experience on large capital programs.
