Our mission as the Quality team is to become the best grocer for customers and merchant partners by consistently delivering high quality fresh products, accurate inventory, and reliable customer experiences.
About the Role
Reporting to the Associate Manager, DashMart Quality, you'll own dashboarding and data documentation to drive operational visibility and strategic decision-making across our warehouses. You'll be the team’s go-to for creating clear, actionable insights and real time performance indicators that empower our DashMart teams. Success in this role requires a strong analytical foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously to deliver results.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Drive impact through data by designing reporting tools to increase visibility into warehouse and initiative performance. You'll have the opportunity to influence operations and quality strategy with the freedom to experiment, grow, and shape how data is used in a quickly evolving space.
- Collaborate closely with teammates and cross functional stakeholders to gather requirements, define priorities, and deliver data solutions that meet business needs. You will work closely with the core team to learn our data architecture, and uncover new areas of opportunity.
- Leverage your analytical mindset and comfort with large datasets to uncover insights and guide operational and strategic decisions. You’ll be building out visualizations from large amounts of fulfillment data to help identify key pain points and areas of opportunity.
- Continuously learn and experiment, building on your foundational knowledge of data analysis and visualization. You will have the opportunity to strengthen your existing data analytics and visualization skills, while also learning new technical skills or experimenting with additional tooling that supports our mission.
- Thrive as a self starter, communicating insights clearly, working independently, and collaborating effectively to create complex, data driven solutions. You will operate independently to build solutions based on stakeholder input, and be responsible for managing the timeline of deliverables.
We’re excited about you because…
- You have a bachelor’s degree, or an additional 2 years of work experience in quantitative or business fields.
- Your strong technical foundation allows you to create scalable insights that drive impact, with a proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel, and previous experience with data visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Looker.
- You’re curious and collaborative, with a data first mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement. You work effectively with others, and contribute as a reliable, engaged team player.
- You have strong project ownership and organizational skills, prioritizing effectively, scoping requirements, and communicating deliverables clearly with stakeholders.
- You’re a self starter, who independently drives projects forward with autonomy, while being able to communicate milestones and status to stakeholders.
