Job DetailsJob Location: Arlington, VA 22202Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: DayJob Category: Professional ServicesMayvin is seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Facilities Manager position supporting the Office of Construction Management (OCM) within the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS). The Senior Facilities Manager will assist in the management, oversight, and direction of planned and ongoing construction projects to support the efficient execution of USMS construction operations.

 

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must undergo a Background Investigation (BI)

 

 Responsibilities:

Assists with the management, planning, coordination, administration, and execution of space and programs for District Offices and Division Field Offices
Oversee ongoing projects and meet with counterparts in other agencies as needed
Prepares correspondence as needed for management signature
Develops and analyzes program resource requests
Assist in financial management and budget tracking for the Office of Construction Management
Coordinates, collaborates, and facilitates meetings related to facilities and construction management
Research and analyze agency needs regarding lease renewals and facility space requests
Assists in all collaborative and administrative facilities management or construction tasks

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
9 years of experience supporting facilities management, construction management, real property, space planning, or federal program operations
Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders (government offices, contractors, and/or external agencies)
Ability to read construction schedules, project timelines, or basic facility drawings
Ability to analyze requirements, gather data, and develop recommendations regarding space utilization, facility requests, or program needs
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); Excel must include tracking, data organization, and reporting

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience utilizing Entry and Tracking Application (eRETA) for Reimbursable Work Authorization (RWA) requests
