Every guest's adventure begins the moment they arrive-and a smooth, friendly entry sets the tone for the entire day. We're looking for an organized, confident, guest‑focused Summer Seasonal Guest Services Supervisor to lead our admissions, parking, and turnstile teams.
You'll support Guest Services Hosts/Hostesses, ensure efficient operations at the front gate and parking areas, and help deliver exceptional first impressions to every guest who visits the park.
What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Support
- Lead and support teams working in ticketing, parking operations, and turnstile entry
- Train new employees on guest service, POS systems, parking procedures, and entry protocols
- Assign daily roles, coverage areas, and break schedules
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to team members
- Keep morale high and maintain a positive, guest‑first work environment
Admissions & Ticketing Oversight
- Monitor ticket booth operations to ensure efficient sales and short wait times
- Assist with troubleshooting POS systems, scanning devices, or ticket issues
- Support Hosts/Hostesses with complex guest questions or transactions
- Verify cash handling procedures and secure registers as required
- Ensure accurate processing of daily promotions, passes, upgrades, and group tickets
Turnstile & Front Gate Management
- Ensure smooth guest entry through scanning lanes and re-entry points
- Monitor guest flow to prevent backups and maintain safety
- Assist with resolving ticket validation issues on the spot
- Ensure team members are welcoming, efficient, and attentive
Parking Lot Operations
- Oversee parking staff and traffic flow during peak arrival and departure times
- Assist with parking fee collection procedures (if applicable)
- Support accessible parking operations and bus/group unloading
- Ensure parking zones remain safe, organized, and well‑managed
Guest Service & Problem Resolution
- Respond to guest concerns and provide quick, friendly solutions
- Support lost items, ticket misprints, pass issues, or accessibility needs
- Maintain a calm, professional presence during busy periods
- Create a positive guest experience through clear communication and helpfulness
Safety, Standards & Daily Operations
- Ensure all entry zones, ticket booths, and parking areas are clean, organized, and show‑ready
- Enforce safety protocols in traffic zones and front-gate walkways
- Communicate equipment issues, supply needs, or operational challenges to leadership
- Assist with opening/closing procedures, daily checklists, and shift reports
What You Bring
- Experience in guest service, admissions, attractions, or similar operational roles
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills
- Comfort working outdoors and staying active throughout the shift
- Ability to remain calm and professional during high‑traffic times
- A friendly, guest‑first attitude and team-centered mindset
