AEM Technical Architect - Remote

We currently have a career opportunity for an AEM Technical Architect to join our National Adobe team.

The Adobe AEM Technical Architect will be responsible for architecting and implementing scalable solutions using Adobe Experience Manager and related Adobe Experience Cloud products. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality digital platforms.

• Architect and design AEM solutions: Define technical architecture, integration patterns, and deployment strategies for enterprise implementations.
• Lead development teams: Provide guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to developers working on AEM projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts, and project managers to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Ensure best practices: Establish coding standards, performance optimization techniques, and security guidelines for AEM implementations.
• Integrate Adobe Experience Cloud: Connect AEM with Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, and other tools to deliver personalized experiences.
• Oversee deployment and DevOps: Manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud hosting environments, and production releases.
• Troubleshoot and optimize: Resolve complex technical issues and continuously improve system performance.

• Extensive AEM and Adobe Experience Cloud expertise: Strong hands on knowledge of AEM architecture, templates, components and workflows.
• Experience as the main architect on at least 2 AEM projects.
• 3+ years of consulting experience and/or client facing experience.
• Ability to lead technical teams, present solutions to clients, and collaborate across disciplines
• Strong problem‑solving skills: Ability to anticipate challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Client‑facing consulting experience: Skilled at translating technical concepts into business values.

Preferred:

• Adobe certifications: Adobe Certified Expert or Architect credentials.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $170,000 to $185,000.  Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential variable compensation programs.
