Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Ft. Detrick. This is potentially fully remote position.

• Work closely with data analysts to build data integrations that quickly and effectively solve reporting needs.

• Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements.

• May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.

• Use business data & statistical methods to provide insight into business performance

• Develops standard or custom reports, queries, or dashboards that access and consolidate information from a variety of data sources and provides ongoing support for data users.

• Utilizes data mining techniques and develops data models to assist in the visualization and interpretation of data.

• Develops scalable, innovative solutions for extracting, transforming, and moving data.

• Performs data profiling and data analysis to assist in understanding the data.

• Optimizes data models through normalization, table analysis and review of queries.

• Presents outcomes of analytic models in a format easily understood by the business.

• Performs ETL/ELT functions for new or existing sources."

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Agile experience, particularly Scrum and Kanban

• Experience or knowledge of SAFe

• Bachelors Degree

• Proficient in data collection, transformation, and interpretation.

• Skilled in data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance processes.

• Experience with Business Objects; Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL), Load Monitoring, and Kibana

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have an Active Public Trust Clearance or be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. You do not need an Active Public Trust to begin employment

• Must be a US Citizen

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
