Job Description:

• General cleaning of a commercial buildings
• Vacuuming/sweeping and mopping of hard floor surfaces
• Collect and dispose of trash
• Dusting and polishing of wood trim/surfaces
• Ability to follow cleaning product and power equipment procedures to prevent damage
• Mixing and preparation of cleaning products, according to product specifications
• Vacuuming using backpack, hip or upright vacuum
• Ability to lift 40 pounds without difficulty
• Shift: Monday through Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm (will vary daily)
• Candidate must be able to pass a federal background check for badging purposes
• Candidate will be eligible for vacation and health insurance upon completion of probationary periods
• Candidate will be eligible for annual merit raise

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, reaching forward. Must be able to lift and and/or carry 40lbs.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses

Starting Pay:

• $15.00 hour DOE
