Key Activities:
Provides support to a variety of HR functions, which may include talent acquisition, people engagement, and learning and development, by coordinating meetings and events, communicating with customers, executive support, and utilizing applicable technology platforms, including learning management and ERP platforms, to complete transactions and/or processes and provide regular reporting.
Supports the implementation and general administration of various programs, activities, and policies. Examples of programs supported include new employee orientation leadership development, talent acquisition, and employee engagement processes.
Provides vendor and contract management support to a variety of HR functions.
Provides customer service to both internal and external customers by responding to inquiries and questions.
Responses may include coordination with other HR units and directing customers to business units or outside vendors for problem resolution. Completes ad hoc projects, which may require researching information and presenting findings.
Supports business area management on compliance with policies and processes; escalates matters to HR management when appropriate.
Provides back-up and support to other functions.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Typically requires at least one year of relevant experience; three or more years of experience is preferred.
High school education or GED required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work independently.
Attention to detail.
Possesses service-oriented mindset.
Ability to assess processes and offer ideas for efficiency.
Demonstrated ability to utilize standard technology tools to automate processes.
Experience with using and reporting from ERP/HRIS or learning management platforms preferred.
Experience with automating workflows preferred.

Hybrid –Yes, KC office, 50% of the time.

Pay Range: The starting pay range for this position is $40,400 to $63,100 for the job level(s) required for this position. Final offers are determined by factors including the candidate’s qualifications, internal alignment considerations, district assignment, and geographic location.
Sponsorship: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
