About the role

Description

The Gilchrist Law Firm has a great opportunity to work with the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), and the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) in the Disputes Resolution project. As a Lead Policy and Dispute Analyst your main function will include but is not limited to:


Responsibilities/Duties

  • Ensure compliance and uphold regulations in managing all data created for government use and delivered to or under the legal control of the government. 
  • Manage and schedule the disposition of Federal records in accordance with statutory or regulatory requirements. 
  • Effectively manage and maintain Federal records and/or information, including electronic records, adhering to relevant regulations. 
  • Implement appropriate record-keeping systems for electronic records, ensuring compliance with NARA-approved retention schedules.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of records, including maintaining links between records and metadata and categorizing records for retention and disposal purposes.
  • Undergo annual refresher of the HHS Records Management Training.
  • Serve as a single point of contact to ensure all services and deliverables stipulated are successfully delivered to the COR and PPM.
  • Meet with BHW staff on a regular basis to discuss the program or project progress and address any current and foreseeable issues.
  • Develop and provide brief, summarized minutes identifying attendees, meeting discussions, and action items.
  • Effectively communicate with the NPDB so that overall program and project goals are managed successfully.
  • Provide the COR, PPM, and other stakeholders with a Monthly Status Report for each reporting period listing the status of all activities, detailing resources used, total hours, total dollars expended at the project level, performance metrics, and invoice status.
  • Submit the final report to the COR and PPM, encompassing all previously delivered documents, templates, meeting materials, and presentation slide decks. Address any corrections or clarifications based on government feedback during meetings and presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience leader with an agile project management PMP license
  • Experience in records/document management
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Experience working in Federal Agencies
