Summary:

We seek a highly skilled and dynamic Sr. Project Manager to join our team at NFP. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency in Azure DevOps and Microsoft Power Automate, a deep understanding of marketing practices and workflow, operational insight, and exceptional communication and leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will be adept at engaging with all levels of the organization, successfully completing marketing projects, and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects. Manage timelines, resources, budgets, and project scopes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
• Workflow Optimization: Utilize Azure DevOps and Microsoft Power Automate to streamline marketing workflows, enhance process efficiencies, and automate routine tasks.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to gather requirements, provide updates, and facilitate decision-making.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure project alignment with broader business objectives. Participate in strategic planning sessions to contribute marketing insights and project results.
• Leadership and Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals and cross-functional team members. Foster a collaborative team environment and support professional development.
• Performance Measurement: Monitor and report on project performance using key metrics. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing environment.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of marketing practices, workflows, and tools.
• Operational knowledge relevant to marketing and business processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

 

Desired Skills:

• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
