Hybrid/remote work available

This position provides for work-life balance with typically a 40-hour work week that includes flexible work arrangements.  Remote work is available when the schedule allows.

Purpose

Responsible for advanced program administration and coordination. Responsible for all phases of program activities, including development, implementation, and assessment of a program or programs. Develops and implements standards for attainment of program goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Daily/weekly maintenance of billing, payables, purchasing and deposits
  • Monthly reconciliation of imprest accounts, merchant/card statements, alcohol/retail inventories, financial coding
  • Cvent User Seat and Asset Management: Provides support benefitting the functional and organization development of the Cvent enterprise
  • Software Integraion to include Smartsheets Administrator/Lead, DocuSign, Box, Smartsheets
  • Lavu in-house Support/Admin for hardware, software, and
    usage

Required Qualifications

BS in field related to the work to be performed. 5 years management experience in large organization. Transition to Management Certificate (or equivalent).

Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience with UT DEFINE system

Salary Range

$59,000 + depending on qualifications
