We add value by partnering up with the rest of GR in supporting designing, implementing, and delivering GR strategies. As the Risk Expert/Senior Risk Expert in GR Governance, you’ll play a valuable role in supporting/driving the design and implementation of Risk policies &amp; processes in close collaboration with the accountable GR Heads. You will report to the Head of GR Governance.</p> <p> </p> <p>The role will cover a wide range of governance related responsibilities including:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Supporting the development of the overall Risk Management Framework across the group, including liaising with senior stakeholders and programmes</li> <li>Drafting, facilitating and implementing relevant internal rules, policies and frameworks, including working with risk related topics</li> <li>Supporting the development and delivery of the GR Internal Rules process</li> <li>Supporting the development and delivery of the Regulatory Change Management process</li> <li>Supporting GR Leadership Team, the CRO and the GR COO in a range of risk related initiatives, from design of frameworks through to implementation of identified opportunities and issues</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>The role is based in Warszawa; Gdańsk; Gdynia; Helsinki; Oslo; Stockholm; Tallinn; Łódź.<br/> <br/> Who you are<br/>  </p> <p>Collaboration.
