PageWide Web Press Workflow Solutions Engineer<p></p><p><b>Description -</b></p><p><span>The </span>Workflow Solutions Engineer<span> is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust and scalable workflow solutions. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project managers, finishing engineers, and solutions architects, to create solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure and deliver value to customers. The role ensures the efficiency, reliability, and performance of workflow solutions in the industrial print industry. The role provides guidance to other team members on developing validation execution plans for new technologies, as well as provides tier 4 level support to our customers.</span><br/><br/><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p>• Develops understanding of and relationship with internal and outsourced development partners on workflow software in an industrial environment.</p><p>• Contributes as a member of project team of other engineers, and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective, and high-quality solutions in the digital industrial print industry.</p><p>• Primary interface between customer facing support engineers and product development teams.</p><p>• Attend HP support calls, work directly with customers, and visit customer sites as needed to resolve incidents.
